We ship fast ⚡ from Melbourne to all Australian states and ✈️ all countries.
All orders are usually shipped out in 1-3 working days (once shipped, Australia Post Express usually delivers in 1-3 days if you are in Australia). This timing is required for order processing, quality control and physical packaging.
Pick-up is unavailable as we are an online store.

Australia: around 1-3 working days handling time + around 1 to 3 working days by Australia Post Express ⚡
For example, if your order is placed and paid on Sunday, we would usually ship out on Mon/Tues/Wed and it would usually arrive on Thurs/Fri or the following week Monday.
If you have an urgent event coming up just around the corner such as cosplay expo/events, just message us and we will do our best to prioritise the shipping of your order. We, however, cannot control how fast Australia Post takes to deliver your order as they operate independently from us.
New Zealand: around 1-3 working days handling time + around 5 to 8 working days by Australia Post International with tracking

South America, Africa and others: shipping time is usually between 1-4 weeks, depending on country and depending on whether standard postage or express postage is being used
For some international orders to certain countries, your country's customs may apply tax/customs duty upon arrival which would be the customer's responsibility to pay. If the parcel is returned because those government charges are not paid, the shipping cost will be non-refundable.

We offer free Australia Post Express postage for orders $50 and above for addresses within Australia.
If your order is below $50, your order will still be shipped by Australia Post Express but there will be a postage cost.
Order Status & Tracking Number
After we ship your order, we will email you the tracking number/link. If you do not receive it within a few days of placing your order, please check your email junk/promo box section.
You can also check your order status and tracking number by going to your My Account section on our website and looking at your order status (the tracking number will appear there after your order is shipped).
Do note for some email hosts especially iCloud/me/Apple, they can accidentally block our shipping notification emails but not to worry, you can still check your order status and tracking number by going to your My Account section and clicking on your order (the tracking number will appear there after your order is shipped).
Delivery to Parcel Locker/Collect
Due to the relatively high amount of fraud involving parcel locker, parcel collect and PO box addresses, we can only post to these addresses after verification. We experienced several cases whereby stolen credit card details were used to get online purchases sent to parcel locker, parcel collect or PO box address. To protect against fraud, please understand if you are making payment by credit card and using this type of address. you will be required to email the physical proof of your credit card card used (with name clearly visible) to verify that you are the authorised holder of the card. Alternatively, if you do not prefer this, you can just pay by online bank transfer. Once payment is cleared, we can post to you.
